For more than 21 years, I have been developing companies, creating new business opportunities, and investing primarily in real estate and projects with long-term potential. Over the years, we have created an extensive portfolio of our own real estate and a diversified business group operating in several different areas.
My business strategy is based on thoughtful investments, financial discipline, the use of capital to create new value, and long-term asset growth. I finance investments according to two basic models – by cooperating with private investors and with bank financing.
We provide private investors with contractually agreed interest or return for the use of their capital, and we direct their capital primarily to the purchase, construction, development, and renovation of real estate. Such a model allows me to respond faster to new opportunities, develop more projects, and accelerate the growth of the real estate portfolio. After the financing is repaid, the created or acquired real estate can remain part of our long-term assets.
Another important source is cooperation with banks and financial institutions, with which we build long-term relationships and finance major investment projects.
With a combination of our own funds, existing assets, private equity and bank financing, we have more than EUR 10 million of financial potential for existing and future investments.
My vision is clear – to continue the development of companies, increase our own real estate portfolio and build a strong, stable and diversified business group that will create long-term value.
